• Standard form – identifying premises & conclusion
• Rogerian strategy, concessions, counterarguments, refutations
• World view, hidden assumptions, bias, fallacies
• Rhetoric: logos, ethos, pathos

Short answer section:
• Identifying fallacies
• Distinguishing between deductive and inductive reasoning
• Class logic and the syllogism: acceptability, validity and soundness
